Task: Go beyond program feature and create content, stories and thought leadership that will create brand equity for the program.
Strategy: Work with the proposition of #Work.Life balance and create various campaigns to promote the brand philosophy of work hard and play harder in their properties. We ran several campaigns like Work.Life champions that celebrated our members with amazing work and life stories.
Result: Significant growth of community, especially among business travellers. Increased engagement & content recall.
